Kelley comes to real estate after 25 years of experience in advertising, marketing and branding in Boston and New York City. As a VP/Executive Producer, she worked with Fortune 500 companies and managed all aspects of broadcast commercial production. She oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, negotiated production bids and celebrity talent contracts, and collaborated with creative and marketing teams. 

In 2002, she moved to CT and started her own business, Swell Productions. The business was initially founded as a media consultancy, ensuring cost and process efficiencies in advertising production.  After three years, Kelley built upon her love of design and residential transformation. She transitioned her business into project management and residential construction. Kelley prides herself on having a ‘keen eye’ for details, strong management skills and the ability to identify real estate with upside potential. 

Kelley is involved with her community and has lived in Westport with her husband and two children for 18 years.

Her son and daughter both attended the public schools.  

Kelley is an avid golfer, plays tennis and paddle tennis, and is active in the Fairfield County Women’s paddle tennis league.
